The Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) And the Customs Lawyers Association invite you to a Trade Talk:

The Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 contained provisions to establish a new office in CBP to investigate claims of evasion of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders.  On August 29, 2016, CBP published regulations to address those provisions.  Join us for a discussion with representatives of CBP and the Department of Commerce’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance as well as the private sector on just what those new regulations mean and how parties anticipate them working in practice.
