Anku Nath joined John Deere in 2012 and currently serves as Manager for Risk Analytics in the Deere’s captive finance unit where she oversees a team engaged in developing advanced analytics solutions for the evaluation of key risks to John Deere Financial.

Until October 2018, she served as Director for Federal Affairs and Trade Policy. In this position, she had responsibility for policy strategy and advocacy with US executive and legislative bodies, with a specific focus on developing and promoting Deere’s perspectives on US trade policies.  Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager, International Affairs with a focus on trade agreements, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Before joining Deere, Anku served as Director for Trade Policy Advocacy at the U.S.-India Business Council where she established and led working groups focused on deepening commercial ties in the food, agricultural and retail sectors. She also ran the Council’s Strategic Trade Initiative that shaped industry input into various trade dialogues and mechanisms between the US and Indian governments.

Earlier in her career, Anku worked in the business and economic consulting field for IBM’s Global Business Services unit, as well as two boutique Washington, DC-based firms.

Anku has a BA in International Affairs and an MA in International Trade and Investment Policy from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs.  She also earned an MSc in Statistics from the London School of Economics.  She lives with her husband and two young sons in the Washington, DC area.

Moushami Joshi is a Attorney in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman’s International Trade practice in Washington, DC. In the past, Ms. Joshi was a partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in New Delhi, where her practice focused on WTO disputes, trade remedies proceedings and WTO policy issues. She also works on anti-corruption matters. She is the Vice President of Programming at the Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) in Washington, D.C. and the Co-Chair of the WTO Section at WIIT. Ms. Joshi graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India with a graduating class Gold Medal in intellectual property law. She pursued her LL.M at the George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C where she was awarded the Rule of Law Fellowship. She is admitted to practice in India, New York and Washington, DC.
