The Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) invites you to a Trade Talk with Sarah Chen, Corporate Venture Investor of Sime Darby, one of the largest conglomerates in Asia, with operations in 25 countries and 4 territories with a focus on plantation, industrial equipment, motors, property, and logistics. Drawing upon her venture capital spin-off experience and new endeavors in a group-wide roll out in spurring corporate innovation, Ms. Chen will speak about the need to capitalize on innovation, with a unique view on the ecosystem in emerging markets such as Malaysia. Sarah will also touch upon women in leadership as co-founder of the independently run, women-empowerment platform, Lean In Malaysia and Regional Leader of Lean In Asia as appointed by Sheryl Sandberg (COO, Facebook).
